玉米条纹团聚病毒(MSRV)是双生病毒科中玉米条纹病毒属的成员,除玉米条纹病毒MSV之外, MSRV是另一种引起玉米条纹病的病毒。在本研究开展之前,仅在留尼旺和尼日利亚发现过两种MSRV病毒。本研究利用小RNA深度测序分析云南玉米条纹病相关的病毒,通过将来源于病毒的siRNA与Nr数据库比对,首次发现了我国的玉米条纹团聚病毒,即MSRV-YN,该结果可为针对MSRV-YN的抗病毒RNAi设计策略提供理论指导。
